GYM EDUCATION CLASS
Gym Ed. is free to any Member. This 45 min
class will help familiarize you with the equipment
and give you ideas of how to incorporate it into
your routine. Must pre-register.
5/6: The BAC Spin Derby: Members accumulate miles all week during our Spin classes. Male and Female winner will
be announced after our Derby Party Spin class at 8:30 am.
4/10:Fitness Day at the Hot Rods Stadium. Game starts at 10:35 am.
5/13:WORKSHOP: Mama’s Soap and Such 9-11 am
5/14: Happy Mother’s Day: Normal Hours and Classes. Members can bring their Mom to workout for free on this day.
Please have them bring an ID if this is their first visit.
5/17: Gym Ed Class at 5:45 pm. Must pre-register.
5/19: Happy Hour: Smoothies are 1/2 off from 4-6 pm
5/20: WORKSHOPS: 1) Free Throw Competition starts @ 10 am at Nashville Road. Free to participate and prizes will be
given. 2) Join Lisa from 11:15 am-12:30 pm am in the Co-Ed Classroom at Scottsville Road for a special Yoga Class.
5/24: Dance Fit in Child Care with Kim starting at 9:00 am.
5/27: Gym Ed Class at 9:00 am. Must pre-register.
5/29: Memorial Day: Open 5 am-1 pm . No Classes. No Child Care. We’ll resume a normal schedule on
Tuesday at 5 am.
