Vision Van from Lenscrafters
The Vision Van is an outreach program in which Doctors and associates from Lenscrafters
donate two days for free examinations and glasses to pre screened and selected children
whose families have financial needs. If you feel your child needs to be
screened and would qualify for this program, please contact the office at
Lynch Wood School at 503-762-3204.

State Report Cards

Report Card. They will be coming home
to you in the report card envelopes which
will be sent home Thursday, March 20th
the last day before Spring Break. If you

Kindergarten Registration
And Round-Up
We will be accepting Kindergarten registrations packets
for the 2003-2004 school year starting April 1st. Packets
are available in the office at Lynch Wood. Your child
must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2003.
What you will need:
√
Your student’s original birth certificate.
√
Immunizations records.
√
Some form of “Proof of
Residence” with a current postmark.
Lynch Wood will be holding a Kindergarten Roundup in May this year along with our traditional mini-day
orientation in September. There will be more
information to follow as we develop the plan for this. If
you or someone you know in the Lynch Wood
attendance area will have a kindergarten student next
year please have them call the school at 503-762-3204
to register for the round-up or send an e-mail to
