EVENT PRODUCER:
The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce produces the Bridge Run Half Marathon and
5k in order to promote the natural and aesthetic beauty of our area, in particular downtown
Binghamton, the historic architecture of Binghamton’s west side and our 2 rivers. In addition,
we raise funds for and awareness of a designated local, non-profit charity partner.
A GREAT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
The Greater Binghamton Bridge Run is a premier running event in the Greater Binghamton
area. The Bridge Run includes a USATF certified half marathon and 5k races. The Bridge Run
starts and ends at NYSEG Stadium, home of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies Baseball Club. The
course weaves through the heart of downtown Binghamton through cultural and historic
neighborhoods on the west side of Binghamton and across 4 bridges and our 2 rivers, including
the Susquehanna and Chenango. This event has a reputation that attracts runners from the
local area, across the nation and around the world.

than 2,000 runners, as well as an audience of thousands of spectators.
