At McCormick, we are committed to
providing parts and after-sales service to
match the quality and reliability of the
product itself. Service support is delivered
at the dealer level by teams of skilled
engineers equipped with the latest
technology. We provide extensive training
for our dealers to ensure that our
customers have access to knowledgeable
staff who can offer the best advice and

OUR HISTORY
In 1831, a man named Cyrus McCormick reinvented agriculture in
America with the introduction of the McCormick mechanical reaper.
His innovation, leadership and smart business sense helped
agriculture’s earliest manufacturing pioneers create International
Harvester ® - one of America’s most renowned companies.
Today, we celebrate the rebirth of the McCormick brand, and tractors
that live up to the highest standards. Just like its predecessors, the
Farmall™ and McCormick-Deering tractors, today’s McCormick
tractors are the result of years of innovation and hard work.
From the world’s first practical reaper through the long distinguished
line of tractors that followed, the McCormick brand epitomizes
quality, craftsmanship and innovative design.

POWER AND PERFORMANCE: The Perfect Fit
THE McCORMICK CT SERIES OFFERS MORE STANDARD FEATURES
Adjustable Steering
Wheel
Just move one lever and you
can adjust the steering wheel
to a comfortable operating
position or adjust the steering
wheel to allow easier access to
and from the operator’s
platform.
Cruise Control
(Hydrostatic Models)
With the push of a button,
you can maintain a constant
ground speed without the
need to keep continuous foot
pressure on the directional
pedals. Simply depress the
brake or press the switch again
to disengage.
Choosing the right compact tractor requires some research to identify how you plan to use the
tractor today and in the future. Tractors today offer more features and newer technology than in the
past, making them easier and safer to operate. Given all these innovations, selecting a tractor can be
overwhelming. We encourage you to follow these simple steps to help narrow your search.
Tractor Size
The size of the tractor you need depends on what you want to
with it. It’s important to ask yourself a series of questions to
determine how your compact tractor will be used today and
five years from now.
• Will the tractor be used to mow an expansive lawn
or 25 acres of pasture?
• Do you plan to use tillage tools like a tiller to
prepare ground for vegetable and crops or plant
wildlife refuges?
• Will you need to move materials like hay, feed,
gravel and fencing and clean livestock pens?
PTO (Power Take-Off)
Hydraulics
The independent, electrohydraulic PTO is easily engaged
with the turn of a knob for
smooth engagement and
powers a multitude of
implements. A mid-PTO is
available for use with a
mid-mount mower or other
implements.
The hydraulic system on the CT
Series helps you operate
various implements, like a
loader or backhoe. Our
compact tractors feature two
standard highly-responsive
hydraulic remotes with four
couplers that enable fast and
easy connection of attachment
hoses to the tractor hydraulics.
• Do you expect to add more land in the next 3-5
years?
Transmission
Compact tractors typically offer two transmission options mechanical and hydrostatic. Mechanical transmissions take a little
more practice to operate, but deliver more brute power. Hydrostatic
transmissions feature a forward and reverse foot pedal and are ideal
for work that requires a lot of back and forth movement when
operating a loader. Hydrostatic variable ground speed control to
match the job at hand.
Attachments
Selecting the right attachments can turn your compact tractor into
a heavy-duty, multi-tasking power tool. But it’s important to match
the attachment to your tractor. Some attachments may require more
power than your tractor can provide; using the wrong attachment
can be inefficient or even dangerous.
Features
Compact tractor features can vary from one tractor manufacturer to
another, so it’s important to evaluate what features you will need
and compare apples to apples when selecting a tractor.
Advice
Visit your local McCormick dealer. They can help you select the right tractor and attachments for your
acreage or farm. They will also provide you with training on how to safely and efficiently operate your
tractor and attachments.

Powerful
Workhorse is the best word to describe the CT Series. A fuel-efficient
4-cylinder water-cooled Mitsubishi diesel engine powers the CT Series.
You will also appreciate the low noise engine and its reduced
emissions. A glow plug helps start the engine when it is cold.
Three-point Hitch
Rear-mounted implements, like a mower or tiller, can be quickly and
easily mounted to the tractor’s Category 1, three point-hitch. The
CT Series features draft-load sensing that automatically adjusts the
implement to match draft loads.

mechanical transmission on the CT Series offers 12 or 16 speeds. Speeds can be
changed with the simple and easy engagement of a durable clutch. Forward and
reverse direction changes are made with a single shuttle transmission lever
located to the left of the steering wheel.
Easy Maintenance
A full tilt hood allows easy access to the engine
for routine service and maintenance. Inspecting or replacing the
engine air filter is simple - just release two easy-snapping clamps.
Checking engine oil levels is also a breeze with easy access to the
