Dash to Dubrovnik - 2017 Route: 12 countries in 6 days. Approximately 2000 miles. - England France Belgium Luxembourg Germany Switzerland Austria Liechtenstein Italy Slovenia Bosnia Croatia Day 1: - Leave London (England) in the morning, meet at Dover Ferry Port. From there we will systematically load the boat to ensure everyone makes it to Frnace, following which you take the route as you wish to the hostel/hotel in Brussels. - Arrive in France around midday Calais to Bruges – 90 minutes (80miles) Bruges to Brussels (Belgium) – 90 minutes. (65 miles) Stay in Brussels at Sleep Well Youth Hostel. Rue du Damier 23, Bruxelles, 1000, Belgium. Parking just outside hostel for free between 6pm-9am or pay for the multi storey car park across the road. Day 2: - Depart at 8am to Luxembourg (If you want to add another country), 2.5hrs. (125 miles) - Luxembourg to Nurburgring (Germany), 95 minutes. (99 miles) - Extension may include lap of track (liability your own) however, there is an Aston Martin and Ferrari merchandise, a museum, bars and restaurants. There is also go karting for 20 euro each. - 3.5 hours to Stuttgart. (204 miles) - Stay in Stuttgart at Hotel Alex 30 - Alexanderstrasse 30, Stuttgart-Mitte, Stuttgart, 70184, Germany. Day 3: - Depart at 7am to Bregenz (Austria), 2.5 hours. (160 miles) Bregenz to Liechtenstein (Austria), 0.8 hours. (40 miles) Lichtenstein to Chur (Swiss), 0.8 hrs. (40 miles) Chur to Stelvio. 100 miles (3 hours) Staying In Alps, however, this drive is tricky. Therefore, no hotel booked, it is the only hostel/hotel that is down to the participant to book as part of the route. Day 4: - Stelvio to Milan (Italy), 5 hours. (220 miles) - Milan to Lake Garda (Italy), 150 mins. (2.5 miles) - Hotel Bonotto, Lake Garda. Day 5: - Head to Venice. 2 hours (120 miles) - Venice to Piran. 2.5 hours (130 miles) - Staying at Hotel Parin, Stjenkova 1, Piran, 6330, Slovenia. Day 6: - Piran to Dubrovnik (Croatia), via Split for Lunch. 7 hours. (415 miles) Day 7: - Whole day in Dubrovnik. - Boat trip extension Day 8: - Home time. - Can sell your car if you know how (usually involves going to Bosnia or Montenegro) and get a flight. - OR drive back and visit wherever you did not on the way to Dubrovnik.
