Educated to A-Level standard, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Database/analysis knowledge and experience

Respond to branch marketing requests and work directly with the branch
in order to ensure specific objectives are met.
Work with the Senior Marketing Executive – Campaigns to champion
brand consistency across the branch network.
Coordinate the branch marketing forum meetings ensuring feedback is
acted upon and queries are responded to.
Manage the stock of promotional items and coordinate the ordering of
new items as and when required.
Coordinate the monthly branch communication to ensure branches are
informed of the key activities being delivered across all channels.
As brand guardians ensure that all materials (irrespective of channel)
meet the brand proposition and guidelines.
Maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external
stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Monitor and report on competitors campaigns as and when required.
Process invoices and maintain the budget spreadsheet to ensure the
Campaign Manager is able to report on budget position.
Develop the advertising plan for the branch network as and when
advertising is required. Coordinate the booking of media and the
production and sign off of advertising artwork.
Co-ordinate and book media to support the Society’s business objectives,
using the full range of appropriate media. Liaise with agencies to
ascertain best channels of media & best possible price and ensure
accurate and effective advertising material is developed, with appropriate
sign-off obtained and records kept.
Create and maintain effective, clear and compliant literature/advertising
ensuring all relevant sign-offs are obtained and records kept for audit trail.
Manage literature stock control, ensuring that the business has sufficient
supplies available at all times.
