We at Mark Williams Studio wish you the best of luck in the
coming year, and hope that you will treasure your senior portraits
for years to come. Please read the following instructions carefully
so that your order will be correct. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
This year we will be showing previews of your images on the internet
(accessible on your computer, iphone, etc). This gallery will be up for 2 weeks.
We ask that you use this time to make a list of favorites and create your order even
though you may not place your order until later in the school year. You will have ONE
additional chance to view your images online. You must call to reactivate your gallery for the
second online viewing period. After which, we will conduct your one-on-one sales session with you to finalize your order (This will be at your convenience; however, we ask that you have your selections narrowed down before the ordering session).
*You will receive only ONE viewing session at the studio so be sure to have everyone present at this
time If you prefer, you can simply fill out your order form(s), and bring it to the studio or email it to us
with payment, if you do not need assistance.
DO NOT FORGET TO ADD RETOUCHING/ENHANCING If you want to eliminate all unwanted blemishes, enhance the overall image, or remove glasses glare, braces, etc. Please fill out that portion of the
form when you place your order. We will also make custom adjustments to your image if you did not already have this with an Elite session. We promise this add on is worth it!
Senior Ads Image Usage Fees
We welcome you to use your images from your senior portraits in your senior ads in the yearbook, football
program, and the graduation issue of your newspaper. The fee to use an image is $20.00 per image and will
be deducted from your order credit. If you have questions, you can feel free to call us. It takes 7 days to
process the email request! *Some Elite packages include the usage of several images in the package, so
keep this in mind as you order...
