Calum was coming out of school at the end of the day.
He was going to go around the Land of Life Learning
for a nosy about what others were learning about.
Calum started walking to the Cadets Base, where he
met Reece. Reece had a stressful day with a teacher
who always said “Put your hand down” and never let
anybody say anything. Cadets was an escape for
Reece and a place to let off steam. Calum wished
Reece good luck and set on his tracks.
Calum met Andrew
at the basketball
court. Andrew said,
“I can’t make this
shot, my elbows are
all over the place
and my power is off.
Calum commented,
“Just calm down and
keep a cool head and
you’ll get it
eventually.”
And he did! Calum
said farewell and
went on his way.
Calum met Lucy at the music stage. She was held
back back by her shyness because of her music
test and she had to perform. Calum told her some
handy tips for her test and bid her farewell.
Zoe was at the Transport Museum looking quite annoyed.
She was given into trouble for speaking when she wasn’t
supposed to. Calum explained that she can’t speak when
the teacher is. Calum wished her luck and set off.
The next day, the five students met after school to discuss
how their day went. They all learned that if you help others
then they will help you. Everybody had a perfect day.

to ignore bad
students.
I’ve learned that
frustration means that
you lose what you’re
doing but don’t let it
take over you.
I’ve learned to
speak out when I
need to.
I’ve learned to
speak out when I
have the chance.
I’ve learned to be
quiet when I’m in
class and when
somebody else is
speaking.
