DECAM-7 Automatic IDC machine for Multiple and Simple Harnesses
We now offer DECAM-7 automatic IDC (insulation displacement connection)
machine that is available at a very reasonable price and various application in
different connectors.

The machine meets all the production environment from low to high
volume, its 4-head design provides a flexible way to produce different
styles of harnesses.
The machine itself only need 4 wire bobbins that significantly reduce
wire inventory and changeover-time of wire bobbins. The changeable
applicator system and the 6 connector feeder also help to minimize the
machine down time.
The termination depth adjustment can be at a very accurate interval
0.01mm, the adjustment is totally tool-less. The easy-to-use operator
interface and the touch-screen monitor can also reduce operator
training time with less confusion in the real production environment.
Meanwhile, harness data can easily entered in the machine memory
with individual harness part number.
