Cement base gray plaster for up to 3mm
thickness use, for inner and outer work
Description
The plaster consists of cement, inert materials and special additives that
make better the work with the mixture and its adhesiveness. It is mixed with
right quantity of water until getting a uniform and plastic mass that is easy to
work with and that better adhere to the surface. After becoming dry Litokol
Intonaco G3 obtains high mechanical resistance and becomes steady against
corrosion and freezing.
Use
Litoplan Intonaco G3 is used as plaster for inner walls and ceiling smoothing.
It is also used for surface smoothing before tiling and painting.

Base preparing
The wall surface must not be dusty, covered with salts and it must not make
obstacles for the plaster adhesiveness. The possible traces of different kinds
of oil and waxes and other materials like that must be removed. In case the
surface is too dusty and fragile or it is too absorbing it is recommended to
work it up with PRIMER C.

Mixture preparing
The 25kg bag of Litoplan Intonaco G3 is mixed with the water (6L) until
getting a plastic and uniform mixture without non dissolved elements. The
mixing can be done by hand, with a slow electric mixture and concrete
mixture. Litoplan Intonaco G3 must be used during 2 hours.
Use
It is recommended to spread Litoplan Intonaco G3 on the zero spaddle then
spread immediately a layer with 3mm thickness. It is necessary to wait for the
first layer to become solid to get a layer with thickness more than 3mm. The
plastered surface must be worked up with a sponge until it becomes
completely solid.

Not to add any other material or product to the mixture.
To protect the plastered surface from sun rays and freezing for at least 24
hours after having finished the work.
As the solidity of the product depends on the cement hydro-adhesiveness
it's necessary +5C temperature to become firm, if the temperature is lower
the solidity process will become slower and in case of a temperature
below 0C it will be subjected to the negative influence of freezing.
To use the right quantity of water to get the mixture.
While making the mixture the water temperature must be +5C - +25C
To mix only clear water with Litoplan Intonaco G3.
It is permitted to paint only after the plastered surface has become
completely solid.
The plastered surface must be clear, free of dust and different kinds of oil
and salt.
The product must not be used for the aids not mentioned in the technical
instruction.
