Cabrillo National Monument Foundation in a Park after Dark Experience!

The “MOONWALK” offers a special opportunity for members and their guests to
visit and enjoy the scenic wonders of the Cabrillo National Monument area
after hours and under a full moon!
The San Diego Astronomy Association will have telescopes and offer insights.
View a living history portrayal at the lighthouse or a WWII Bunker.
Meet our newest residents Albino Kingsnake: "Summer" Rosy Boa: "Salvador
Caboa" and a Banded Kingsnake: "Chimalmah".
You may stroll the 2.4 mile round trip *Bayside Trail.
The Cabrillo Visitors Center will be open and refreshments will be available to the
“Moonwalkers” before their walk and when they return.

*The Trail, due to the downhill walk to “bayside” and back uphill is described as “moderate” difficulty.
A leisurely walk will take approximately an hour. Flashlights recommended!
