sanctioned at the rate of 12% per annum. His friend’s loan did not get sanctioned so he
borrowed the same amount from a private finance agency at the rate of 15% per annum. Find
the interest paid by Neeraj and his friend in 1 year. What do you think about Neeraj and his
friend’s decision of borrowing the money? Whose decision was better?
