• Fifty percent of service usage is required to be within the Custer
Wireless Network
• Customers will receive a fourteen day return period that will
apply to all new service agreements and equipment purchases.
• Optional features charges are billed per phone line, unless otherwise stated.
• Voice minute overage fees will be billed at a rate of twenty five
cents per minute. All voice usage will be rounded up to the next
available minute.
• Text message overage fees will be billed at a rate of ten cents per
message, in or out.
• WAP/MMS service overages will be billed at a rate of two dollars
per megabyte or fifteen dollars per gigabyte.
• E911, State, Federal Taxes and regulatory fees apply. All taxes
and fees will be included in customer’s billing statement as part
of the payment requirement. Taxes and Fees may vary and change
from time to time. Custer Wireless will assess tax and fee charges in
accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• CDMA, Digital, E911 compatible phone is required on all rate
plans.
• Nights and weekend minutes begin at 7:00 p.m. and end at 7:00
a.m. Monday through Thursday and are applicable from 7:00 p.m.
through 7:00 a.m. Friday through Monday.
• Mobile to Mobile minutes are defined as calls between Custer
Wireless Subscribers while both subscribers are within the Custer
Wireless Network.
• Incoming calls are defined as calls not initiated by the subscriber
of the service, but received by the subscriber of the service while the
subscriber is within Custer Wireless Network.
• Custer Wireless calling plans define Anytime or Anytime-Anywhere Minutes as minutes used in, to, or at any location at any given
time of the day. Custer Wireless will use Anytime Minutes as the
default rate of measurement, unless the minutes can be quantified
as either Night and Weekend Minutes, Custer Mobile to Mobile or
as Incoming Minutes, as defined here within.
• SMS communication initiated by us to our subscriber will incur
no charges.
• 411 Directory Assistance will be charged at a rate of one dollar
and twenty five cents per call.
• Custer Wireless can take an action to protect our network, our
right and interests, or the rights of others. We reserve the right to
cancel or change service plan offerings at anytime without notification to subscriber.
