Payments
31st March 2017 – Pre-payment of 50 EUR per Person
31st May 2017 – Final payment of 120 EUR (or 185 EUR) per Person
Info about grant confirmation in early February
Grant will be paid out to German host group
Invoice for participation fee will be invoiced to German host group
Changes/Cancelation
Changes are possible at all times
Cancelations are possible until 31st May 2017 with full refund, from 01st June 2017 on
full camp fee
