NEW AGE-RESTRICTED AFFORDABLE
FOR-SALE HOUSING COMING TO
MEDFORD TOWNSHIP
Pre-Applications are currently being accepted for new affordable two bedroom age-restricted
homes to be built in the Heritage and Wyngate developments in Medford, NJ. In order to be
eligible for an age-restricted affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as
determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing and at least one member of the
household must be a minimum age of 55 years. The maximum household incomes permitted
are $45,640 for a one person household and $52,160 for a two person household.
Units are deed-restricted to ensure continued affordability. Applicants will be required to have a
minimum credit score of 640 (with no recent judgments or bankruptcies) in order to obtain
mortgage pre-approval. The sales prices will range from $78,334 to $124,267. Triad
Associates has been designated by Medford Township to act as the program Administrative
Agent to qualify and assist home buyers through the application process.
How to Apply
If you are interested in applying to purchase one of the affordable units, you must complete a
Preliminary Application to get onto the waiting list. Interested persons are to email or call

Preliminary Application. Pre-applications are also available at the Medford Township Municipal
Building at 17 North Main Street, on the Medford Township website at
www.medfordtownship.com and at www.triadhousingprograms.com.
