No, because my fax to the Universal Postal Union went through. Last night I also hand
delivered my letter to the US Postmaster General to the guard at their delivery dock. The
guard tried to hand me back the letter, and I refused to take it back. Today my letter was
delivered to the Universal Postal Union.
