Cumulus Radio’s “Call-To-Win” 2015 American Music Awards LA Getaway
Official Rules
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of any of the 263 participating radio stations owned
and/or operated by Cumulus Media Holdings Inc. or one of its subsidiary companies (“Sponsor”), during normal business hours
Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor’s address below. The 263 participating
radio stations are identified below (each a “Station” and collectively the “Stations”).
Sponsor will conduct the Cumulus Radio’s “Call-To-Win” 2015 American Music Awards LA Getaway (the
“Sweepstakes”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY.
1. Eligibility. Only legal U.S. residents age 18 or older with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry who reside in
a participating Station’s Designated Market Area (“DMA”), as defined by Nielsen, are eligible to participate in this
Sweepstakes. Employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of the Stations, Cumulus Media Holdings Inc., dick clark
productions, inc., American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and
affiliates, other radio stations, television stations and print advertising companies serving a Station’s listening area, and their
immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family members”
includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren. The term “household
members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. The Sweepstakes is subject to
all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement
to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a
prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01am ET on Thursday, November 5, 2015 and will run through
11:59 pm ET on Thursday, November 12, 2015 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping
device for this Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter. To qualify to win this Sweepstakes, listen to the Station in your DMA each weekday during the
Sweepstakes Period. When the Station plays the “cue-to-call” sounder, listeners should call the Station at the number provided
by the Station’s on-air personality. Caller number ten (10) to the Station, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion, will
be qualified to win. An individual may qualify only one time, and only one qualifier per household. Each Station will qualify
eighteen (18) listeners during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of 4,734 qualifiers from all 263 stations. TIME DELAY
BETWEEN OVER-THE-AIR ANALOG SIGNAL AND INTERNET BROADCAST: Due to the time delay that exists between a Station’s
analog over-the-air signal and a Station’s online webcast, listeners who listen to a Station online may hear the cue to call later
than listeners listening to a Station’s analog over-the-air signal. As a result, the odds of an online listener winning this
Sweepstakes may be diminished.
4. Winner Selection. On or about 10:00 am ET on Friday, November 13, 2015, Sponsor will randomly select one (1)
qualifier for the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all 4,734 listeners qualified during the Sweepstakes
Period from all 263 participating Stations combined. The winning entrant will be contacted using the email address and/or
telephone number provided at the time of qualifying and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and
compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the
selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure to respond to the initial
verification contact within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification.
5. Verification of Potential Winner. POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY
SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent
upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone call after the date of random
drawing and must respond to Sponsor’s initial contact within twenty-four (24) hours or potential winner will forfeit the prize
and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner. The potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor,
within three (3) days of acceptance, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order
to claim his/her prize, if applicable. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and/or the
liability/publicity release within the required three (3) day time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that the
potential winner of a sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate
winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible qualifiers. A winner who accepts a prize cannot rescind their
acceptance and/or return the prize.
6. Grand Prize. One (1) grand prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The grand prize package will consist of the
following: round-trip coach airfare for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the closest major airport near the winner’s
residence to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights double room, double occupancy accommodations in a hotel in the Los Angeles
area as selected by Sponsor; up to four (4) tickets to the 2015 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the

Microsoft Theatre at LA Live; and a $500 gift card for transportation and dining expenses. Winner and guests age 18 or older
may be invited to additional AMA events such as radio row, red carpet walk and an AMAs after party. Other trip expenses not
specifically included in the prize description above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must travel on
same itinerary. Winner and guest must be available to travel on November 20-23, 2015 or winner will forfeit the prize.
Guest must be age 18 or older. All expenses and fees associated with the grand prize not expressly included in the foregoing
prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total grand prize package is valued at $4,750. Winner is
responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of qualifying depend on a number of factors including
the number of listeners participating at any given time; odds of a qualifier winning are approximately 1 in 4,896. Grand Prize
Trip is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
7. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become
the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued
an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.
8. All prizes must be claimed in person at the Station at the address identified below during regular business hours and within
three (3) business days of winning, excluding holidays, unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor at its sole discretion. After such
time, ownership of said prize reverts back to Sponsor to be disposed of at its discretion. The winner then loses all claims and
rights to said prize. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize. As a condition to receiving any prize,
each potential winner and their guest must complete and sign liability waiver and release forms releasing the Stations, Sponsor,
dick clark productions, inc., American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all liability in connection with
participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, use, or non-use of the Sweepstakes prize. All entrants and winners agree that
the Released Parties shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by
entering, participating in, winning, or losing any Sweepstakes and/or by the acceptance, use, or non-use of any prize received in
connection with this Sweepstakes.
9. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained on
or within, shall become the sole property of Sponsor to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not
responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assume no responsibility for any error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to any participating Station’s website.
10. All entrants and winners agree to give Sponsor and its licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and
unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness,
including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and
winner’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason that Sponsor deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All winners release, discharge, and agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any and all claims they may have against Sponsor in
connection with the taking, production, or the use of winners’ name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other
likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form
and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including winners’ voices, recorded or live. All
winners further acknowledge that Sponsor owns or will own exclusively any photographs of such winners used for such
purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and
all winners assign all such ownership rights to Sponsor.
11. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all Sponsor decisions. Persons who violate any rule,
gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Sponsor will interpret these rules and
resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s decisions
concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any
mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor
reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as
Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Sponsor are final. Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole
discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT,
DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims for damages for death, personal
injury, loss of property or property damage that he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the Sweepstakes
and/or the use of any prize, and any damages or losses arising from the implementation or carrying out of the Sweepstakes or
any participant’s failure to win the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, and to release the Released Parties from any and all

liability arising out of or connected in any way with his or her participation in the Sweepstakes, even though that liability may
arise out of an intentional act, omission, negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.
13. A winners list may be obtained after December 1, 2015 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sweepstakes
Sponsor identified below.
