JUSTIFICATION FOR LOCATING THE PROJECT IN FOREST LAND
We are permanent inhabitants of Kulkunda area in Subrahmanya village,
Sullia Talik, Dakshina kannada District and we are residing at this place since
our birth, our ancestors were also permanent residents of this place.
We belong to the Hindu community, Our ancestors were offering the
religious functions to the Sri Basaveshwara Devaru and other Parivara Daivas
at this particular place since time immemorial. Our community is offering
religious functions i.e., Dance of Daivas (Kola), Jathra etc of shree
Basaveshwara Devaru and other Parivara Daivas in this 1.7G acre area of Sy No
121 of Subrahmanya village.
Our belief is that Sri Basaveshwara Devaru and other Daivas are present
in this particular place and we need this particular place to develop by
constructing temple and we want to continue offering religious functions to
Deavaru and Daivas.
So there is no alternative place to this.
