Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Trade for bundled entry and exit capacity
contracts at the border crossing-point Deutschneudorf ("STCT Deutschneudorf")
of ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH ("ONTRAS")
for
the Terms of Business for the Entry and Exit Contract (Entry-Exit System)
according to Annex 1 of the Cooperation Agreement between the Operators of Gas
Supply Networks Situated in Germany of 30 June 2014 ("GTCT for the Entry and
Exit Contract")
Section 1
Area of application
These Deutschneudorf STCT are exclusively applicable for the marketed bundled firm
capacity at the border crossing-point Deutschneudorf for day ahead and monthly
products with a run time within the time period from 1st February 2015, 06:00 a.m. till 1st
May 2015 06:00 a.m. ONTRAS reserves the right to amend the field of application of this
STCT for further bundled capacity at the border crossing-point Deutschneudorf.
Section 2
Application of the Network Access Conditions of ONTRAS and diverging
conditions
For each concerning entry or exit contract the effective STCT of each respective TSO
are applicable.
In this respect the bundled entry or exit capacity contract concluded with ONTRAS at
the Deutschneudorf border crossing-point shall be concluded according to the applicable
Network Access Conditions of ONTRAS exists of the Terms of Business for the Entry
and Exit Contract (Entry-Exit System) and the STCT for the offer of bundled capacity at
Deutschneudorf as published under www.ontras.com unless otherwise specified below:
a) A modification of capacity according to Section 8, para. 2, 4th sentence and
para. 3 of the Terms of Business for the Entry and Exit Contract of ONTRAS is
excluded.

b) Bundled nomination according to Section 12, para. 9, 2nd sentence of the Terms
of Business for the Entry and Exit Contract of ONTRAS is excluded. Section 8,
para. 2, 2nd sentence and Section 12, para. 2, 4th sentence, para. 13, para. 15 of
the Terms of Business for the Entry and Exit Contract of ONTRAS are not
applicable.
c) Notwithstanding of Section 16, para. 2 of the Terms of Business for the Entry
and Exit Contract of ONTRAS bundled capacity contract with regard to
concluded Entry or Exit capacity contract with ONTRAS can only be
surrendered as unbundled.
d) Section 17 of the Terms of Business for the Entry and Exit Contract of ONTRAS
is applicable for on the ONTRAS side booked part of bundled capacity; for the
corresponding part of the bundled capacity of the adjoining network operator
his Network Access Conditions are applicable.
e) Notwithstanding of Section 19, para. 1, 1st sentence of the Terms of Business for
the Entry and Exit Contract of ONTRAS bundled capacity with regard to
concluded Entry or Exit capacity contract with ONTRAS can only be marketed
secondary as unbundled.
f) As far as the capacity contract for the corresponding part of bundled capacity
of the adjoining network operator will be terminated, the part of booked
capacity of ONTRAS will remain thereof unaffected and exist as unbundled
capacity according to the Network Access Conditions of ONTRAS excluded the
STCT Deutschneudorf.
