Kelly Club Holiday Programmes focus on giving children aged between 5 and 12
the opportunity to do things they enjoy in a safe, supportive and encouraging
environment. Kelly Club programmes are packed with variety to entertain and
inspire children!
Come on fun Trips, go Swimming, play Games, do wacky Experiments,
learn how to make Ice cream, play Sports, Dance, and make new Friends
– you name it we’ll be doing it this January at Kelly Club!
Kelly Club WILTON is at Wests Rugby Clubrooms, Ian Galloway Park, Wilton.
The programme runs for four weeks of the holidays from 8.00am – 5.30pm
(excluding Wellington Anniversary day 21 January) with flexible timing options to suit your
needs;
Full Day 8.00am to 5.30pm
School Day 9.00am to 3.30pm
Morning or Afternoon (please note: some days don’t have half day options)

What do I need to know & what do I need to bring?
POOL DAYS: We cater to all levels of swimming ability, all children are watched carefully. Full
swimming information for your child will be requested when you enroll. Don’t forget your
togs!
PIZZA DAY: We hand make dairy free bases – gluten free bases are made as
needed. Every child makes their own pizza, we provide tomato paste but you
need to bring cheese and any other yummy toppings you'd like.
BAKING: Come and bake delicious treats, Gluten/dairy free/other dietary restrictions can be
catered for.
WHEELS AFTERNOON: Bring your scooter, skates or bike and a Helmet. No helmet no ride.
WET & WILD DAY: Prepare to get wet! Wear old clothes and bring a towel and change of
clothing.
SOMES ISLAND: We will be taking the ferry to Somes Island for a fun filled adventure.
Remember to wear good shoes for walking and pack a big lunch, warm jacket
and a sun hat.
ZOO: We are going on a fun trip to learn all about whose who at the Zoo!
PICNIC AT THE BOTANICAL GARDENS: We are going to be taking the cable car
to Wellington’s Botanical gardens for a picnic and play in the playground.
CITY AND SEA MUSEUM AND ORIENTAL BAY: We will be spending the day at
the museum and the beach. Bring your bucket and spade.
CLOTHING: Please bring sunscreen, sunhats, warm clothes (including a rain
jacket) every day and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities.
FOOD: Bring plenty of food (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) and a named drink bottle.
Please Note;
PROGRAMMES: May vary without notice due to weather conditions and enrolment numbers, modified programmes will
go ahead in wet weather.
PAYMENT: Payments must be received before the programme starts. Internet payments to Kelly Club 38 9012
0573296 01 – Ref: KC WILTON then your child’s name. Cheques, payable to Kelly Club. Some parents/caregivers will be
eligible for WINZ subsidies. Applications must be submitted to WINZ before the programme starts.
CONDITIONS: Caregivers must inform Kelly Club if their child/ren will be absent from the programme. Hours are 8.00am
– 5.30pm, late pickups may incur fees of $15 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
CANCELLATION POLICY: As we provide staff and resources to cover our expected number of children each day we must
have at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation; otherwise full payment is still required.
