Please include children’s first and last names and the dates for which you are paying in the memo section of your check. Please make camp payments separate from other CCS payments. Do not place checks in school payment drop off boxes. Camp accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you have a child in both Camp Joy and Adventure Zone, please make camp payments at each office. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please Note: Your child will not be allowed to sign in on Tuesday if fees have not been paid. General Information How to reach us The Camp Joy Summer Camp Office number is 678-432-0191 ext. 878. The Summer Camp website is www.communitychristianschool.net, under Campus Life/Summer Camp. Groups In order to keep children with their peer groups, children will be placed according to the grade they are going into in August 2017. Dates of Operation May 30—July 21, 2017 (We will be closed July 3rd & 4th in observance of Independence Day.) Hours of Operation/ Late Charges Hours of operation are from 6:45am to 6:30pm. We will not be able to receive any camper before 6:45am. Camp closes at 6:30pm. Any camper not picked up by 6:30pm will incur a $2.00 per minute late fee. Snacks Campers will need to bring an after nap snack. The morning and late afternoon snack will be provided. Lunches Campers have the option of bringing their lunch from home or ordering a hot or travel lunch from our food service. There will be a $4.00 charge for lunches. All lunch orders must be placed by Thursday prior to the week for which you are ordering. There are no emergency lunches or exceptions. You will be asked to bring your child a lunch, or your child will not be able to stay at camp that day. Medical Notice All campers must have a Current GA 3231 Immunization Form. If medication is required for your camper during camp hours, a Medical Authorization Form must be filled out weekly. We will only be able to accept medications that are in their original bottle. If the medication is a prescription drug, it must have prescription label with the child’s name and prescription number. ALL medications are kept in the camp office. Lost and Found We cannot take responsibility for items left at camp, however we will make every effort to return marked items to the camper as they are turned into us. Please remember to check Lost & Found daily. Any unmarked or unclaimed items will be donated to charity every two weeks. Add campers and fill out camper information. Registration and Holding Fees may be paid by check or credit card. Applications will be submitted to us directly.
