Every cake we create is uniquely designed to meet the wishes of each client. Therefore,
the price of every cake will be different and depends on the flavors chosen as well as
how much time it will take to execute. We welcome photos, color swatches and samples
of your inspiration, and of course prefer not to copy other artists’ designs. Let your
imagination run wild! We work with each of our clients to make their cake as personalized
and special as possible.
Scheduling a tasting and consultation as far in advance as possible to ensure the date
of your event is available is highly recommended.
CAKE PRICING:
Sweetheart Cakes are priced per serving and the cost will ultimately
depend on the final decoration choice. Standard sizes are 6 and 8”–,
round and serve approximately 36 people. Prices range from $5-9/serving.
Mini Cakes: $20 each. Each cake is 4” and can be created in any flavor.
Carved specialty cakes start at $100. The final cost will depend on the
structure needed and the difficulty involved in creating them.
Stacked and pillared cakes start at $5/serving for buttercream frosted
cakes and $7/serving for rolled fondant or modeling chocolate covered
cakes. Prices range up to $15/serving depending on final design and detail
work involved.
Standard Cupcakes: $3/cupcake with one icing; $3.50 for filled cupcakes
Mini Cupcakes: $1.50/cupcake with one icing

Prices may vary due to selected flavor and seasonal availability.
Additional fees may be added for custom decoration such as gum paste, sugar
blossoms or decals or custom color papers and liners.
All cakes, desserts and confections are made from scratch unless otherwise noted.
Deposit and Final Payment: A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and
expected at the time of the reservation. Final payment is due no less than 2 weeks prior
to the event date.
Equipment Available for rent: Clear acrylic, multi tier cupcakes towers (round or
square) $25. Large silver 16” cake base $25. Various cake/cupcake pedestals and
platters $10 each. All rentals must be returned to Rassasy Cakes within 7 days of your
event.
