The House
Cliff Hollow will comfortably accommodate
up to 14 people and their pets with ample
private parking, lawns and modern facilities.
The large sitting room with wood burning
stove, conservatory, dining room and well
equipped kitchen make staying at Cliff Hollow
an exceptional experience. With the separate TV
room and large utility room the practicalities of a
holiday home for a large group of people have been
well thought out. Outside there is a shower with
hot and cold water, storage space for surf boards,
bikes and beach equipment. There is direct access
from the garden to the cliff path and the beach.

craft centre near the pub and sufficient parking
to ensure the roads are kept clear. A short walk
up the hill will take you to the thriving town
centre of St Agnes which will provide sufficient
shopping for your day to day needs such as
grocers, butchers, bakery, post office and mini
supermarket. There is a busy cultural life in
St Agnes with many arts and crafts outlets and
nearby centres of historical interest.
Perranporth and Porthtown and their larger surfing
beaches are each within 10 minutes drive of Cliff
Hollow as is the National Trust beach at Chapel
Porth and access on to the A30. Further afield you
will find Newquay, Truro and St Ives as well as
the popular tourist destinations of Eden Project,
Heligan, Goonhilly and Falmouth.
