Hi, I am Ritika Amru and I was working as a Graphic Design Intern for a period of almost 2
months.
I got in to this firm from my graphic design school (Fx School).
I would like to start from the start of my journey.
So when I went for the interview I met this amazing person that was my boss and I really wanted
to join her company as I thought I would get to learn a lot and and learn new stuff as well.
My interview went very well and then I was hired and I was super excited to work for
sunStrategic.
My company works on digital marketing and branding. It creates creatives and post for clients
and does content writing for different clients. It also does web designing for different clients and
creates websites with neat creatives and layouts.
I have first hand seen the work that our web designer does and he is very good at it.
I would like to start from the start of my journey.
So when I went for the interview I met this amazing person that was my boss and I really wanted
to join her company as I thought I would get to learn a lot and and learn new stuff as well.
The first day in my office was like I never expected like the environment was so chilled out and
everything about the office was fun. I did not expect that I would get so blended with my
collegues in a day.
So the first day I got a video to work on and that turned out to be pretty good and it was fun to
work on something that I liked to do. And my maam was very supportive and guided me through
it very well and with a lot of patience. She was like a mentor to me. She has helped me out with
my career options a lot and was very fun going person to be with.
Let me talk a little about the employees. First there were only 7 employees in the company when
I started and then it went on expanding. So while I was working the company was at versova at a
very good location. Then it shifted to Andheri west after a month. Ill talk about the office location
and infrastructure a little later.
Lets talk about the people working with me.
When I started working I had no experience in how a digital marketing company works. And I
must say that the kind of work that I did I really enjoyed doing it and learnt a lot.
Let's talk about the employees in the company I am going to start with Avinash. He was the one
to help me out with everything related to Photoshop. When I started working for Sunstrategic I
had no idea what kind of work was expected from me so when I was assigned to edit photos on
Photoshop Avinash was the one to help me out with all the shortcuts and all the details that we
needed to get my work completed. He is one of the most helpful people in the office and I really
really appreciate that he has helped me out so much and I have learnt so many things from him.
Then I want to talk a little bit about the HR of the office Aishwarya, she was the HR intern in the
office. She was the happy go lucky kind of a girl she used to take notes of all the employees in
the office and write about the daily walk that use to get completed during the day and she had a
trademark that use to do with her hand and which was very funny.
I'm going to talk about Ruth a little bit. She was the office manager in the office and she used to
get things done very quickly and interact with clients and get all the small details that was
needed for each one of us to get the task completed. She was also the assistant of my boss and
she used to keep everything organised in the office and she was also very talkative person. She
was also the oldest employees of the office so she has seen a lot more then I have about what
was going on in the office.
Rajan, he was a web designer or for Office and he is also the oldest employees and a very
dedicated person and doing his work you would always get his work done on time and he would
wait after office to get the work completed. He also used to wait till all of the employees have
left and then used to leave.
Jyotsana is a content writer of a company and she is very talented and she was a content writer
intern. She was very dedicated to her work and used to write blogs for Sun I was working with her
side by side for Sun blogs and I used to do the creative for the sun blog website.
Faisal was also an intern and he was working in the company as a marketing intern. He used to
attend meetings with Maam and was very talented and has helped in the growth of the company
a lot.
Swastika was a new employee who was joined as a content writer also an engineer by
profession. She is also very very talented in the work she does. She had started doing content
writing for Sun Blogs and other clients as well.
Sahibha, she was also a new employee and was working on content writing as well as public
relations and she had come all the way from Japan with a lot of experience.
Sachin, he is also a new joining and he works as a graphic designer in Sun and has a very
creative mind and is also very fun person to be with.
Piyal is a business marketing head in our company and he handles all the client meetings and is
a very professional person. He is also very dedicated to his work and is a great employee to have
in the company.
All in all I would like to say working for Sunstrategic was a lot of fun and I got to learn a lot and
learn many good things from this company.
The knowledge that I have gained was very helpful to me and is going to be helpful in the future
as well. I thank SherinaMaam for this wonderful experience and I hope the company reaches
heights and is one of the topmost digital marketing company in India.
