Where such an authorised supplier receives such a request, the supplier must reply in writing within 6 weeks of the end of the year of the phase to which the information relates. The statement of supply must include the following: • • • • the amount of electricity [or gas] supplied (in kWh) by the licensee to the participant in the year in which the request is made; how much (in kWh), if any, of the electricity [or gas] supply has been estimated by the licensee, and the period to which such an estimate relates; the premises to which the supply was made; the Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) [Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN)] of the meter that measured any The information contained in this report is, as far as we are aware, accurate as at the date of the report. Any inaccuracies to site details or addresses to be confirmed in writing to [email protected] within seven days of receipt of this report. Gazprom Energy will endeavour to make the relevant modifications in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee the revised report will be produced within the initial request period. * The CRC Order and standard licence condition 21A stipulate that the annual statement of supply for a CRC participant must be prepared for the exact period 1 April to 31 March. The CRC Order and licence condition require suppliers to clearly state if any estimates of supply have been included in the annual statement of supply. If actual meter reads are not available starting 1 April or ending 31 March then the associated supply data given in the annual statement for a CRC participant must be calculated pro rata and treated as an estimate even if it is apportioned from an actual meter read. ‘Further guidance from the Environment Agency for participating in the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme can be found at: http://publications.environment-agency.gov.uk/PDF/GEHO0312BWGE-E-E.pdf' Page 3 of 3 Gazprom Energy - CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Annual Gas Usage Report
