They were a sedentary group that farmed and hunted buffalo. They made homes out of
adobe and lived in large villages.
6. Puebloan Native American- name given to Native Americans in West Texas, New
Mexico and Arizona because of the adobe homes they lived in, and their established
villages and agriculture systems.
