Yellow Rice and Chicken with Key West Jalapeño Key Lime Ingredients: 3 pounds chopped chicken into bite size 1 pound of yellow rice ½ cup chopped cilantro ¼ bottle Key West Jalapeño Key Lime 4 cloves garlic minced 1 medium onion chopped 2 teaspoons Olive Oil 4 cups water Method: Add olive oil, onion and garlic in a pot and sauté.
