Verb patterns board game
Aims To review and practise verb patterns. To give students the
opportunity to share ideas and talk about experiences.
Time 15 minutes
Materials 1 copy of the game for each group of four students;
you will also need dice and counters
• Divide the class into groups of four and give each group
a copy of the board game. Tell students to complete the
questions, using the appropriate forms of the verbs in
brackets. Check answers as a class.
