Community colleges are a vital part of economic development, providing valuable training
services but also helping economic developers understand Missouri’s training incentives.
Recent efforts by the MCCA to improve that interface have created significant enhancements
in how ALL of Missouri’s community colleges work together with you to help companies create
more productive, better paying jobs for our citizens!

A trolley will be making continuous runs to the Capitol building.
SPECIAL HEARING – JOINT SESSION OF HOUSE AND SENATE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEES

Location: Capitol Building, Hearing Room
This hearing was requested to give MEDC members and legislators an opportunity to
dialogue about Economic Development in our state. Plans will be finalized with the chairs
of these committees but would include a conversation and introduction by the Missouri
Partnership as well as best practices from key professionals based in Missouri.
LEGISLATOR VISITS
9:45-10:45 A.M.
MEDC members are encouraged to visit Legislators during this session. There are many
Legislators that would benefit from knowing more about MEDC and what is going on in
your community. Come prepared to make a visit with your own Legislators
