Educating Tomorrow’s Leaders
Founded in 1846 by the Brothers and Sisters of the
Holy Cross, St. John the Evangelist (SJE) was the
first school established in the town of St. John.
Today, SJE is a dynamic learning center offering
opportunities for educational excellence for its 400
students in preschool through eighth grade and is an
active member of the greater northwest Indiana
community.
SJE has been very fortunate that, through the years,
members of our community have supported the
school in so many ways. As in all independent
schools, tuition alone does not fully cover the cost of
educating our students; additional income from SJE’s
Spring Fling helps to bridge this gap.
The generosity of our trade partners helps ensure the
success of our Spring Fling event by contributing
valuable services and products to the gala itself,
resulting in a more elegant and enjoyable evening for
all attendees. The dollars that are saved can then
serve SJE School in its mission and pursuit of
excellence.
