1. Club subscriptions and FFVV « Licence‐Assurance » 1.1 Annual club subscriptions - Under 25’s : 160 € - Over 25’s : 310 € Subscriptions are payable by all pilots using he AAVA infrastructure during the calendar year. For under 25’s having a parent being a club member, the subscription is reduced by 100 €. All members of more than two years standing, consecutive or not, are invited to participate in the working capital of the club by making a single payment of 300 € to this specific fund (for a private glider owner : 600 € ). 2. 850 € 1400 € 2000 € Rules for use of packages: “Further training" and " et "performance" packages must be subscribed before March 31th, "100 hours" and "300 hours" performance packages give access to the unlimited hours "further training" pack. Packs can be paid by three postdated cheques or auto bank transfers, all paid by June 15th. Change of package during the season can be made by paying the difference between the two packages after increasing the price of the new one by 10%. Packages cannot be refunded. Shared two‐seat flights: each pilot will be charged on his own appropriate rate/package. Two seater flights made solo or with passenger: the pilot will be charged his rate, the passenger will be charged half the hourly rate of the glider used. Pilots on basic or cross‐country training: the « 80 hours » and « unlimited further training" packages give access to 10 hours training in Duo‐Discus or Ash25 (excl. Arcus). 2.3 "Reservation of a glider" packages Subject to glider availability, all member of the AAVA can request the exclusive use of a particular glider to fly from Vinon. A fixed rate will then be applied for a period of seven days, without limitation of the number of flying hours but not including Aerotow costs. 500 € - Basic training Glider - High performance single seater 850 € - High performance two seater (Duo‐Discus, Ash25) 1000 € - High performance two seater including instructor or experienced coach 1300 € Allocation of glider to this is subject to demand and the rules of the AAVA. 2.6 Low season rates (from October 15th to February 28th inclusive) Aerotow rates reduced by 30 %, glider flying rates reduced by 50 %. 3. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION 3.1 Retrieves - Air retrieves using AAVA towplanes will be charged at preset rates, see list at the Office, or at the rate of 1.6 € per air/km. No hourly charge for the glider in case of direct fly‐back to Vinon. - Road retrieve : 0.50 € per km using the club car 3.2 Trial flights (between 20 and 30 minutes) - Under 25’s (can be extended to 1 hour, at a cost of 1€/minute over 30 mn, subject to glider availability) - Over 25’s (can be extended to 1 hour, at a cost of 1€/minute over 30 mn, subject to glider availability) - Group of over 10 people, per person - Aerobatic flight 50% of these costs can be put towards an annual subscription, if taken in the year, apart from insurance cost which is included in them. 3.3 Glider hangarage (subject to available spaces) - Annual rates for private gliders based year round in Vinon  Up to 15 meter span :  For each extra meter hangared : - Weekly : - Per night : 70 € 100 € 80 € 130 € 850 € 50 € 80 € 20 € 3.4 Bunkhouse, caravans, camping - Single room or club caravan (sheets not supplied, damage deposit of 100€), per night - Double room (sheets not supplied, damage deposit of 100€), per night - Campsite accommodation :  Daily contribution, per Person:  Half price for under 25’s, free for under 12’s - Caravan or Camper, based year round (must be active pilot)  First (small) caravan or (small) camper:  First (big) caravan or (big) camper:  First (very big) caravan or Mobil‐home or Motor‐Home :  Supplementary (small) caravan: - Supplementary charge for air‐conditionning - Supplementary charge for Caravan/Mobil‐home if owner is not a member of AAVA but is a member of another association based at the airfield - Caravan renting: subject to availability. On demand, payments can be made by 10 monthly instalments (10 cheques or automatic bank transfers). These charges will appear on pilots’ accounts on April 15th at the latest. 4
