TANK’S Fare System
Transfers
Passengers may need to ride more than one bus route in order to reach their destination. For this purpose, TANK issues a $0.25 transfer.
Rules:
•
Transfers cost $0.25 and must be purchased when
boarding.
•
Transfers must be used within one hour of issue.
•
Transfers are NOT issued in downtown Cincinnati.
•
Same route transfers are prohibited.
TANK’s current fare structure is available on all TANK
buses, our website and on select schedule racks. For your
convenience TANK offers many ways to buy your fare.
Monthly passes are currently available at www.tankbus. org
and at the TANK headquarters. Several community banks
also sell bus passes. Call 331-TANK for the location most

Passengers transferring from one county to another, please
be aware that most TANK trips will go through Cincinnati
and offer direct service between Kenton and Campbell
counties. Therefore, passengers may be able to remain on
their original bus in order to reach their final destination.
For passengers still needing to change buses, some transfers may be made at the indoor Covington Transit Center.
Please do not hesitate to ask your operator for guidance on
just what your best option may be.
