Steve Davis- asked if there is any intention of reopening the yard waste. Mayor Hite stated not at this time however, we might look into this in the fall during leaf season having it open for a small amount of time. It was stated if someone has an idea of a site to ask the DNR if this would be permitted. At this time we are still looking for a location that will be approved. Steve also inquired about the status of the Presbyterian church. Lisa received an email stating the committee was giving people until November to remove any items they would like. C. Eric Gragg- asked the council if they would consider selling the property east of the Quonset. We do not want to sell that property at this time D. Lindsey Phillips and Dave Shanahan- Discussion on the condition of North Park St where the pavement and gravel comes together. Dave stated there is always a street problem when you have pavement and gravel coming together. One option would be to look into putting a coating on the street, another option would be to put in a drain. These are costly solutions.
