MRS./MR. WALLACE. Young man/lady, I noticed that your
hand wasn’t up. Don’t you want to make up a Christmas story and tell it to the assembly?
ROBBIE/ROBIN. Bogle bree chee! (embarrassed by what he/she

MRS./MR. WALLACE. I didn’t quite get that.
ROBBIE/ROBIN. Bogle bree chee! (more embarrassment)
MRS./MR. WALLACE. Are you saying you want to tell a story
at the assembly?
ROBBIE/ROBIN. (bursting out) BOGLE BREE CHEE!

– Redheaded Robbie/Robin is pretty nervous at the
moment.
MRS./MR. WALLACE. And why, may I ask?
REDHEADED ROBBIE’S CHRISTMAS STORY: THE MUSICAL

EDDIE/EMMA. He/she really doesn’t want to tell a Christmas
story at the assembly. Redheaded Robbie/Robin –
KATIE/KYLE. (interrupting) – Speaks perfectly fine when he/
she is talking to us. But whenever he/she feels nervous, the first words that jump from his/her mouth
usually make no sense. So the –
MAX/MONA. (interrupting) – last thing Redheaded Robbie/
Robin wants to do is make up a Christmas story and
tell it to the assembly. He’s/she’s afraid he’ll/she’ll say
something silly when he’s/she’s on the stage.
MRS./MR. WALLACE. And who are you to know so much
about this young man/lady?
KATIE/KYLE. (pointing to EDDIE/EMMA) That’s Big Eddie/
Outgoing Emma. His/her dad owns the toy store.
MAX/MONA. (pointing to KATIE/KYLE) That’s Cool Katie/
Kyle. She’s/he’s the coolest kid in class.
EDDIE/EMMA. (pointing to MAX/MONA) That’s Munching
Max/Mona. He’s/she’s always eating. We’re Redheaded Robbie’s/Robin’s best friends.
MRS./MR. WALLACE. Young Redheaded Robbie/Robin, with
practice, practice, practice, I believe any student can
do anything he/she wants! (MRS./MR. WALLACE walks
to the front of the class.) Let’s find out who gets to make
up a Christmas story and tell it to the assembly. (She/he
unfolds the piece of paper and reads from it.) The winner is
