CFCS Dress Code Visual Guide
UPPER GARMENTS (ALL ARE PROHIBITED)
•
Clothing that exposes cleavage and/or
bra straps
•
Clothing exposing the back, abdomen,
or sides during the course of NORMAL
MOVEMENT
•
See-through shirts worn without an
undershirt with straps the width of a
dollar bill
•
Straps less than width of a dollar bill
•
Tank tops, muscle shirts, and shirts
with sleeves cut out
LOWER GARMENTS (ALL ARE PROHIBITED)
•
Shorts and skirts shorter than 3 inches
above the knee
•
Holes or open fray of any size above
the knee (all holes above the knee
must have a permanent patch)
•
Pajamas, biker shorts, lounge pants
•
Jeggings, leggings, yoga pants and
other form fitting pants may be worn
with shirts, dresses, skirts or shorts
meeting the dollar bill requirement
•
Undergarments including gym shorts
exposed during course of movement
•
Writing across the seat

Head Covering:
•
Hats, hoods, and caps may not be
worn inside the classroom, office and
cafeteria; however, they me be worn
outside and inside the hallways
•
Sunglasses and head coverings such as
hairnets, doo-rags, and bandanas may
not be worn inside campus buildings
during the school day. CFCS athletic
headbands are acceptable.
OTHER (ALL ARE PROHIBITED)
•
Display of gang symbols
•
Depicting of alcohol, drugs, tobacco,
racial slurs/epithets, sexual
suggestion/insinuation, or
inappropriate language
•
Chains, fishhooks; multi-finger rings;
studded bracelets, belts or collars
•
Nose/lip-to-ear chains
•
Bedroom shoes
