careful selection of suppliers, and analysis and upgrade
of existing quality systems in accordance with
international standards, our company Bernarda has
succeeded in the domestic and foreign markets to
establish itself a position as one of the most renowned
manufacturers of mattress and bed systems.

technology and contemporary global trends, and

When sliding under the
blanket, imagine your bed
both already warm and
cozy as well as sterilized
to protect your health...
WARM - warms up the surface of the mattress before bedtime
In this setting, the temperature may be regulated as desired from 18
to 37°C in order to warm up your bed or to gently keep you warm
during a chilly night. The timer may be set at one-minute intervals for
a period of up to 12 hours (automatic shutoff).
RELAX - relaxes your body and stimulates all body functions

With our THERMOCARE 3+ it is now
possible to heat up the surface of the
mattress to a desired temperature before
use and to even actively warm the body
during sleep. As it may reach
temperatures as high as 85°C inside the
mattress, its innovative technology
furthermore neutralizes bacteria, dust
mites and other harmful microorganisms.
For a comprehensive protection, the
mattress comes finally equipped with our
new-generation coverlet Platinum Care 3D
which has besides antibacterial also antistress and antistatic properties to shield
the body against the harmful effects of
electromagnetic radiation.
RELAX
This setting keeps the surface of the THERMOCARE 3+ mattress
constantly heated at a temperature set from 37 to 42°C, depending
on the preference of the user. While lying in bed, the body undergoes
a hyperthermia treatment which stimulates all body functions. This
procedure increases the body temperature of the body, resulting in
opening of clogged pores, removing toxins from the body and
eliminating dangerous bacteria, viruses, parasites and heavy metals.
Furthermore, it improves blood circulation, strengthens the immune
system, relieves pain, and stimulates cell activity and metabolism.
The temperature of the mattress surface may be adjusted
individually to 42°C for maximum 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, the
device automatically lowers the temperature to 37°C in order to
avoid symptoms of high body temperature for an excessive period of
time.
STERILIZE - destroys mites, bacteria and microorganisms
STERILIZE
In this setting, the mattress heats up to a temperature of 85°C for 2
hours and consequently sterilizing itself. This procedure is, on the
one hand, very important for people troubled with allergies as the
THERMOCARE 3+ fully neutralizes bacteria, fungi, mites and other
harmful microorganisms. On the other hand, it significantly improves
the sleep climate by way of drying out moisture accumulated in the
mattress.

The pillow "Pospanko" ("Sleepy Head")
automatically adapts to the anatomy as
well as the sleeping position of every
individual. By providing continuous and
optimal support to the spine, it helps
preventing various illnesses and reducing
neck pain, headache, dizziness and
tingling in the hands. While the outside of
the pillow is made from thermo-sensitive
Visco Memory foam, special polyurethane
coil springs are embedded in its core.
Thanks to these springs not only a uniform
position of the spine but also a constant
airflow inside the pillow is ensured. By way
of a pump effect, the coil springs draw in

Bernarda mattresses for boats are made on the basis of
pocket spring units, CMHR foams and thermo-active
foams. They are fire-resistant and breathable and
manufactured by us in all different kinds of shapes and
heights. The textile fabrics used for the coverlets have
excellent antibacterial properties and reduce in
particular the risk of mold and fungi by actively
processing moisture. Due to the different forms and
circumstances of use on boats, these beds are
produced solely on a customized basis. Usually,
decrepit mattresses have to be replaced with new ones,
made from completely different, healthier and more
resistant materials. Therefore, each order is carefully
processed by our team of experts through several
stages as agreed with the client. This diligent work is
finally the guarantee for a healthy and comfortable sleep
even in the most challenging spaces of your boat.
The space where beds and mattresses are placed on a
boat is mostly small, leaving many mattresses being
embedded without a slat support system.
Nevertheless, for the use on boats, a quality slat
support system must satisfy two particular
requirements:
• superb breathability: the slat support must allow
maximum airflow under the mattress, ensuring a dry
atmosphere. This reduces significantly the risk of
mold, fungus and unpleasant odors, providing the
perfect antibacterial conditions for the mattress and
extending its lifetime.
• excellent ergonomic properties: a good yet
controlled flexibility of the slat support system is
necessary in order to enable the anatomical function
of the mattresses for a healthy sleeping position.
