number with make/principal and certificate from the original manufacturer showing the above
specified values in the offer. The offer missing these details and specifications from the
manufacturer’s data sheet(s), will not be considered as a valid offer for that particular item.
2. In the quotation the supplier should clearly mention the following points:
a. Acceptance for part supply without any change in quoted price.
b. Minimum order value, if any.
3. The supplier should provide purity test certificates of the supplied chemicals from the original
manufacturer at the time of supply.
4. The items must be supplied in original manufacturer’s packing without any kind of physical
damage of the containers/bottles. At the time of delivery to RRCAT, the items failing to meet
these conditions will not be accepted.
5. If the standard pack size of any item is different from the indent specified quantity, the supplier
may quote the nearest standard pack size.
