Excellency,
Further to my letter dated 10 August 2016, and in accordance with General Assembly
resolution 70/290 on the organization of the high-level plenary of the General Assembly on
addressing large movements of refugees and migrants, I have the honour to enclose herewith,
the final list of relevant nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and civil society
organizations (CSOs) which has been approved for the high-'level plenary meeting to be held
on 19 September 2016.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all delegations for their interest and support to
the high'-level plenary meeting on addressing large movements of refugees and migrants and
