The dentist will ask you
to OPEN your mouth
WIDE.
The dentist will use a
mirror to look in your
mouth.
When you get to the
dentists, go to the desk
and tell staff your name.
The dentist may use a
special brush to clean
your teeth.
The brush makes funny
noises when it cleans
your teeth.
You will have to sit
down and wait for your
name to be called.
The dentist may use a
tube. It takes the water
out of your mouth.
The tube makes a
funny noise.
You will go to a room to
see the dentist.
Your friend or carer can
come with you.
This is the special chair
you sit in.
It goes up and down.
The dentist may take
pictures of your teeth
with the x-ray camera.
The picture helps the
dentist to see your teeth.
