Level 3.0 Assessment Select two of the skill-related fitness components and describe how they are unique from one another and how they complement each other in a specific activity. Select a sport or fitness activity and explain how each of the six skill-related components play a role (or do not play a role) in performances within that sport or activity. Level 4.0 Student has the ability to transfer knowledge of skill-related components of fitness into an authentic scenario and is able to generalize the concepts to a higher level of understanding.
