Toward Zero Deaths (TZD): Its mission is to move Minnesota toward zero deaths on our roads using the four E's of
Education, Enforcement, Engineering and Emergency Medical and Trauma Services. The incremental goal is set for
2020: 300 or fewer traffic-related deaths and 850 or fewer serious injuries.
