Bill Gray’s IcePlex features 17,000 square feet of indoor basset fun! If your basset is well-socialized, then
he/she can be off leash for the event so they can run, romp & play with the other bassets! Your basset isn’t
a social butterfly? No problem! We just ask that you keep your basset on a leash or in an x-pen during the
event. Only bassets and shorter can attend!
Admission
for the event is $15 for the first adult, $10 for each
additional adult (17 and up). Children 16 & under and all bassets enter for
FREE! Even though admission is only $15, we will be awarding prizes to the top
5 pledge earners who bring in the most money through a combination of online
donations and pledge money turned in upon arrival Saturday!! Please preregister at www.nybasset.org then watch your inbox 1 week before
the blast for important information!

When registering on-line, you have the ability to add the names of everyone in your party so name

 Pre-pay your registration with a credit card (paying at the door is also an option)
 If you choose to pre-pay online, you will receive tickets via email to present that day at the door. This
will immensely speed up your check in process!

MEMORIAL SERVICE & MEMORIAL WALL
Memorial Service: ABCBHR will be holding a Memorial Service
to honor our long-eared friends and supporters/volunteers who
are at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for us.
Please provide us with the names of basset hounds who you
would like us to mention in this year’s ceremony. Please notify us
of the names of the departed before April 20th.

Memorial Wall: ABCBHR will be have a “Memorial Wall” to remember our
beloved pets, family members and friends. These candles will be displayed
on our Memorial Wall at the blast.
Each candle is $5 to display. All proceeds go to our forever foster bassets
who are in Hospice care with ABC. Additional candles will also be available
for purchase at the Blast.

Blast Event Sponsor $2,500. This sponsorship will pay for ALL of ABC’s expenses for the rental of the IcePlex, tables, chairs,
maintenance and cleaning fees.
