8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Students will be dismissed from their mod 1(period 5) class at 8:45
a.m. Student pick up will be at Mission Viejo High School at
approximately 6:00 p.m.
Students attending the Knott’s Trip agree to abide by the following rules:
1. Dress attire per School Dress Code (no halters, no spaghetti straps, no low hanging pants, etc.). NO
EXCEPTIONS.
2. Students must have satisfactory behavior and must be meeting promotion requirements in order to be eligible to
attend the Knott’s trip.
3. Students must follow all school and park rules while in attendance or parents will be called to pick them up
immediately. Any student having disciplinary issues or suspension due to behavior issues while on the trip will
not be allowed to participate in other promotion activities, including the Promotion Ceremony. Please note:
suspensions can roll over to the following year and impact 9th grade.
4. Students must have their school photo ID* with them in order to get on the bus and receive their ticket.

field trip.

Knott’s Ticket & Busing $45.00 CASH ONLY

Bus Only (for Knott’s Annual Pass Holders) $18.00 CASH ONLY. Annual pass must be presented when
purchasing ticket and when boarding the bus. If student forgets his/her annual pass, the full price of the
ticket will be billed after the event. Student must have pass in hand before boarding bus; exceptions will not
be made to pick up passes on the day of the field trip. Parent initials: _______
Students attending the Knott’s Trip should bring a sack lunch and money for a storage locker or spending money to
purchase their food from the Knott’s concession stands.
I grant permission for my son/daughter to attend the Knott’s Berry Farm trip on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. I have
received and understand the conditions of the field trip and give my consent for my child to participate. Should my child
get injured, the school supervisor has my permission to secure on-the-spot medical treatment (the parent or guardian will
be contacted as soon as possible). I will be responsible for payment of medical services rendered.
