Get access to your money when you need it. Just follow these simple instructions
to get your new Visa Debit or ATM Card:
Step 1: Print the Application and complete it in its entirety including:
• Type of card you are applying for (ATM or Visa Debit)
• Indicate new or replacement card
• Accounts you want access to through your new card
Step 2: Be sure to sign the Application and return to MECU by mail or fax with a
copy of a valid state or military issued ID to:
