Another great week in
second grade ☺ The author visit on
Wednesday was a great success.
The students were able to hear
about Mrs. DiPuccio’s life as well as
listen to her read a couple of her
own books!
Next Friday we will be doing
our rock buffet. We had a
wonderful time this week getting
started on properties of minerals
and the three types of rocks.
Friday we will put what we have
learned into a delicious buffet!

I have sent home a letter
about Bare Books today. These are
a fun way to create a keepsake of
your child’s writing. If you would like
to purchase one please send in
letter and money by the 13th.
A big congrats goes to
Alanna on being selected for the
young author’s conference. Her
writing piece was fantastic!
