1.Artwork Requirements: Customer to supply art work in Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or higher.
Image saved as a vector EPS file.
2.Customization: For licensed NBA, WNBA & AFL products, customization is only available pending League approval.
3.Proofs: Customer approval required on all custom orders. 1st proof free, additional
proofs $100 each.
4.Condition of Sale: All orders are subject to both factory acceptance and product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.Cancellation: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written
permission of the factory. Distributor must pay for all work in progress.
6.Claims: Claims for damaged goods or for merchandise not received must be sent to
Spalding within 10 days of invoice date.
7.Returns: Imprinted merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned. Non-imprinted
items can be returned with written return authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking charge, freight prepaid by the customer.
8.Samples: All samples will be billed at approved list pricing.
9.Shipping: F.O.B. Wetumpka, Alabama.
10. Freight/Drop Shipments: When the total order is prepared and shipped at one time to
multiple destinations, the order will be billed at the total quantity price plus $4.00 for
each extra destination.
