Rise and Shine Self Cleansing Hair Treatment

How to Use:
To ACTIVATE, SHAKE CAN WELL
prior to first use. Once product is
activated NO further shaking
is required. Always dispense and
store in an upright position.
Holding CAN UPRIGHT dispense
a “golf ball” sized amount into the
palm of your hand.
Apply to dry hair focusing on mid-shaft
to ends and/or dry, damaged areas.
Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
For Curly hair, dispense foam into
palm of hands; scrunch upward
towards the scalp; hold
and release.
STEP 1. TREATMENT APPLICATION: Before you bathe, apply the Self Cleansing Hair Treatment foam to dry hair, without water.
This unique process enables the hair strands to better absorb the ingredients in their purest state. Holding CAN UPRIGHT dispense
a “golf ball” sized amount into the palm of your hand. Lightly emulsify product between hands and gently saturate dry hair focusing
on ends and dry or damaged areas. For Curly hair, dispense foam into palm of hands; scrunch upward towards the scalp; hold and release.
Leave in for a maximum 5-10 minutes. For hair above the shoulders, use 1-2 pumps. For hair past the shoulders, use 3-4 pumps.
For thick, coarse hair you may need to increase the amount of pumps.
STEP 2. DETANGLE:
Gently massage the scalp, running your fingers or
a wide-tooth comb from roots to ends.
Now it’s time to get wet! Add a splash of water while you bathe to activate the detangling process, and gently massage the scalp,
running your fingers or a wide-tooth comb from roots to ends.
(Tweak-d does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate so it won’t lather).
STEP 3. CLEANSE:

onto wet hair while you bathe.
Gently massage the scalp

Rinse hair with warm water. Style as usual.

APPLICATION TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS:
Spray using small, controlled, quick bursts from roots to mid-shaft and massage with fingertips.
Repeat step(s) for more volume or until desired effect is achieved. Do not spray all at once and always
massage with fingertips before next application (this allows the micro-fibers to realign themselves
before the next application). The more you spray and the more you play, the greater the effect will be.

onto to damp hair.

Style with a curling iron or barrel wand
Tease/massage with fingertips for increased

section before moving to the next.
Restore Self Cleansing Hair Treatment
This intense and concentrated treatment works to help replenish moisture, reduce breakage and strengthen the hair.
1 Dose Example
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon
For hair above the shoulders, use 1/4 teaspoon. For hair
past the shoulders, use 1/2 teaspoon. For thick, coarse hair,
you can increase the dosage if desired.
Before you bathe, apply the
Restore Self Cleansing Treatment
to the ends of dry hair, without water.

without water. Apply Restore by dispensing a small amount onto the palm of your hand. Lightly emulsify product between hands

Reapply Restore to soaking wet hair.
Use 1 teaspoon for short hair, 2-3 for
medium length hair and 3-4 for long
hair. For thick, coarse hair you may
increase the dosage if desired.
Gently massage for 1-3 minutes
starting at the scalp and work through
from roots to ends with fingertips or a
wide-tooth comb if desired. Ensure to
rinse thoroughly. Style as usual.
OPTIONAL STEP:
For naturally curly thick hair. When extra
conditioning is required: After you have
rinsed out Restore Self Cleansing Hair
Treatment thoroughly, reapply a 1/4
dose of Restore to soaking wet hair as
a leave-in conditioner and blow dry.
This will provide added conditioning
and help to reduce further hair breakage.
Thoroughly rinse and reapply Restore to soaking wet hair. Use 1 teaspoon for short hair, 2-3 for medium length hair and 3-4 for long hair.
For thick, coarse hair you may increase the dosage if desired. Apply Restore to your hair and scalp and add a splash of water for
even distribution. Gently massage for 1-3 minutes starting at the scalp and work through from roots to ends with fingertips
or a wide-tooth comb if desired. Ensure to rinse thoroughly. Style as usual.

How do I use all 3 products?
Rule of Thumb: We can guide you and present suggestions; however the best results will most likely come from your own
experimentation specific to your hair type and condition. Designed by you, for you.
Suggestion 1: Treat, maintain and strengthen.
Apply Rise and Shine Self Cleansing Hair Treatment as directed as a stand-alone cleansing/conditioner. Once you have finished the
process follow it up with 2XL Fiber Lift Flexible Finishing Mist. Note* Alternate your Self Cleansing Hair Treatments.
I.e. Use Rise and Shine Day 1 and Restore Day 3. *If you are noticing excess hair in your brush, use Restore to help reduce hair breakage.
Suggestion 2: Lift, plump, moisturize and strengthen.
Apply Restore Self Cleansing Hair Treatment to dry hair, from mid-shaft to ends. Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Thoroughly rinse.
Dispense the allotted number of pumps of Rise and Shine for your hair type and apply to wet hair, starting at the scalp and work
through from roots to ends. Rinse thoroughly and style as usual. Apply 2XL for complete volume and texture.
Overall effect: This method will hydrate and replenish damaged, dry ends while providing lift at the root.
Suggestion 3: Treat, repair and strengthen.
Use Rise and Shine Self Cleansing Hair Treatment as directed for dry hair application. Wait 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Apply Restore Self Cleansing Hair Treatment to soaking wet hair, massaging at the scalp and work through from roots to ends with
fingertips or a wide toothed comb. Massage well and then rinse thoroughly. Style as usual with 2XL Fiber Lift Flexible Finishing Mist.
Suggestion 4: Styling for volume.
While hair is damp, mix a daub of Restore (approximately a ¼ teaspoon) with 2 quick, controlled sprays of 2XL Fiber Lift and emulsify
between hands. Apply to hair for a light to medium hold. Allow to air dry.
