Claim of Engineer K. S. Schuh for 118 miles account
mishandling as shown on timeslip #520 dated May 20, 1992.

OPINION OF BOARD:
On May 20, 1992, Engineer K. W. Schuh held assignments on the
Engineer's extra board at LaGrande, Oregon.

to provide relief service for the road crew, OGRBA/15, which had
tied up under the Federal Hours of Service Law.

under the Federal Hours of Service Law.
Claimant was transported

and registered off duty at 10:10 PM.

payment on Trip Slip Nos. 520 and 520Ca total of 257 miles.

Carrier's Timekeeper allowed Claimant a total of 117 miles, plus 2
hours 10 minutes overtime and declined payment of the additional
118 miles requested by Claimant as claimed on Trip Slip No. 520C.
