PGVG Seed Auction
March 9th, 2014 – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (8:00 PM EST)
A big thank you to Ken at BigPumpkins.com for hosting this auction. Also to all the growers who donated
seeds to help our cause. All auction proceeds will benefit the Pacific Giant Vegetable Growers, to be
used for expenses, activities and prize money. All seeds offered appear sound & are offered only as
such. We cannot guarantee germination. All sales are final. Winning bidders please email Sandy
Wheeler at [email protected] immediately after the close of each lot including screen name, real name,
complete shipping address, email address and lot number. Please include a working telephone number
where we may contact you if necessary. All winning bidders are expected to make payment in U.S.
Dollars at the completion of auction.
Out of state checks will be held 2 weeks to clear our bank. Money orders may be used to expedite
processing Please make all payments out to Pacific Giant Vegetable Growers. For quickest processing,
PayPal may be used by sending payments to [email protected] or by visiting our website at
www.pgvg.org.
All bids must be in $5 increments.
Bidding format. Several of the lots offered are multiples. Each lot with more than one multiple will have
the highest bidder taking the first lot at his/her bid price and have the option of buying the remaining lots at
the same bid price. Should the high bidder elect to not take the remaining lots then the second highest
bidder will be responsible for the next lot at his/her bid price with the option of buying any remaining lots at
the same bid price. Should the first and second highest bidder only take one lot each and one lot remains
then the third highest bidder will be responsible for the remaining lot at his/her bid price.
No under bidding will be allowed

auction. Please include your name, Big Pumpkins handle, address and telephone number, lot number,
and maximum bid. For lots with multiple sets available, please include the total number of sets you are
bidding on at your maximum bid price as well. Please use “PGVG Proxy” for your subject line so it does
not get lost in the spam folder.
