and sold by 4 slave holders.

escaped from slavery
When she was 29 years old.
Strength
 To
help her get through her challenges,
Sojourner preached about God.
Accomplishments
 Sojourner
Truth spoke at the Women’s
Rights Conference in 1851.
 She also worked with Abraham Lincoln to
end slavery.
